Punjab Technical University Recruitment 2017 → Associate, Asst Professor & Other Vacancies: Punjab Technical University has displayed 42 vacant seats for Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Assistant Librarian, Technical Assistant posts on regular basis. Candidates satisfying the required eligibility mentioned in the IKGPTU official notification can submit their online application form on or before 8th June 2017 with the help of details given below-

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 candidates should have acquired Ph.D Degree with first class Bachelors Degree, Master Degree in Architecture.
For post 2 candidates should have acquired First class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, M.Arch. or equivalent.
For post 3 candidates should have acquired Master’s Degree in Library Science Information Science Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library, Ph.D Degree with NET/ SLET/ SET qualification.
For post 4 candidates should have acquired Bachelor’s Degree in Library Sciences, Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution/ University, Must have passed Punjabi as one of the subject at Matric Level.
For post 5 candidates should have acquired Graduation with 50% of marks, Diploma in relevant subject/ field or its equivalent from recognized institution by state/ center govt/ MCA/ B.Tech (Computer Science) with relevant experience.
